★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially brought my tank into be re-hydrotested at a different shop before taking it to The Diving Center. I was told by other said company that they would need me to remove the regulator due to not having the correct part to do so, as they did not wish to damage it. As I did not have the correct part, I brought my tank to the Diving Center (they also charged more for this service), where they assured me it would be done properly. My once pristine tank was returned in an unacceptable condition, as when they were removing said regulator, a wrench appeared to have gouged it, but was told it was just “normal wear and tear” and there was nothing they could do to help.
Also, right before picking up the finished tank, I learnt that tanks under a certain size were no longer required to be requalified due to new Transport Canada rules (my fault for not doing research beforehand) but still…a business who performs this service should know the rules surrounding it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just took the open water diving course over the weekend. Bought a mask and snorkel. They made it a fun and interesting experience. I feel prepared to continue on and finish my PADI cert. Fun people, good teachers, happy to help. I got the impression they were just happy to see people interested in their passion. Highly recommend.

What he has done over the years and the lengths he has gone through, clearly shows a lot more than just a business owner, but a man truly passionate about what he does.
I’m also a small business owner and when I look at the time. And effort he puts into the sport, it’s completely mind blowing!
I would highly recommend this shop for all of your gear and PADI needs, awesome staff, amazing owner, and knowledge base goes miles long!

I never thought I'd find myself so far from the ocean ? but here I felt like 'home'.
Great customer service, many diving services offered and scuba diving adventures too.
A one and only, stop and shop for everything scuba and swim related; I got my Bare Nixie wetsuit here on a last thought purchase so I was able to comfortably dive during pool training for my PADI IDC (instructor development course) Thanks George and team for a visit I won't ever forget! ??
