★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not even been able to place a reliable order, phone number in Quebec comes up "not assigned". Further "chat with us" on website doesnt get replied to even though indicated "Lucy" "replies immediately", attempted on 3 separate occasions at different time with multiple requests on each occasion with no response.Attempted to contact via website tab "contact us" however doesnt inform what the fields are for so communication doesnt appear ready to accept. Lastly website states that free shipping over $99 yet charges you for shipping in same country in contrast to "promotion". Whether or not they are in business is not known. Not an experience that communicates trust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went all the way to the address of the store, but the address wasn't a store, it was an appartment. I'm definitely not going to support a business that lies to theur customers, I spent a lot of time in the traffic for a huge disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took like a month just only to ship, because something i bought was out of stock.(Maybe its not their fault at all in this Covid times) After asking and asking the whole month they send me the shipping costs, i had to receive at first(it was an order over 99$).Their instant messaging button on their web dont works, but they answer the emails. So this web is not a scam, as some may think (i thought that too)Once it shipped i received it on 3-4 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dark attitude is their attitude towards clients. I got a full refund 10 days after making an order. The order status is still "processing". I received no messages on why refund and no apologies. The support does not answer. The web-chat with sarcastic "We reply immediately" title never ever replies at all. Order confirmation email and order information in database appeared only a day after checkout.
