Bought boots here. They didn't have our size so the called another store affiliated with them and got the exchange without any problem. Friendly & helpful

I had a terrible shopping experience at the Rue St. Cath location of this store today. The man working at the store literally yelled at me when I was undecided about purchasing a pair of boots. My daughter and I had tried on shoes and boots and there was every chance that I’d have purchased something from this store. However, when part of the boots I trying on literally fell off while I was trying on the third pair, I was unsure about buying them. I was also unsure about which colour I’d choose, so I said I’d think about it. He spoke with absolute disgust and said no one comes back when they say they’ll return; he gestured to the shoes my daughter had tried on and asked me how I’m raising her or what I’m teaching her. I guess it’s because he had to retrieve the shoes for us to try on in the first place. I have never been treated this way before; I’m a tourist with tourist dollars to spend, and I’m astounded with this rudeness. This was a worst-ever experience.

My husband and his friend visited this store last week and then the drama began because he was black, this disgruntled owner was upset because he had to get a pair of shoes for my husband to try on, when my husband didn't like the color of the shoe which the owner suggested and not the black ones which was what my husband wanted, the owner told him to get out because he was wasting his time!!!!!!....the comment made to my husband was " get out of my store, I know people like you!..... JC - JonaChloe, I would like to know , What kind of people is my husband....BLACK PEOPLE? Like he said, you are lucky I was not with him because this Arab wife would have told you off, because this wife knows people like you...RACIST!! I am not letting this go..... I am your social media nightmare!

Definitely the worst place to go if you want shoes which last more than 1 month. I bought a pair of shoes less than 2 months ago, and the sole started to go away after only 2 weeks. I came back to ask for a reparation. They used 10 days to repair the shoes, and it was an awful reparation (disgusting and smelling glue had been put on the sole, and that's it). When I said it was not going to be ok and that it was scandalous, they offered me an other pair. However, the shoes I had were not available in my size anymore, so I picked other one, less expensive, and they did not give me the difference of cash back. Today, it's not even been one month I have the new shoes and the insole starts to go away as well. I can not change it because I left Canada but I strongly recomend you not to go there if you care about you hard won dollars.

DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I tried on different sizes of the same shoe and was treated like I was wasting his time. The man who served me became rude and biligerant because he felt I was wasting his time by trying on different sizes of the same shoe. I think the man serving me was the owner because after reading all these reviews, it seems to be the same person that is treating their customers like trash. It’s unacceptable for someone to treat people in this manner. Get a new job or don’t serve customers because your manner and bad attitude is going to be the result of your store closing.

I visited the store at St. Catherine Street in Montreal. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes, one for husband for Christmas. I explained to the salesman that I lived in Toronto and if the shoes does not fit, whether I could return it. He said no return but he will exchange it. My cousin visited Toronto and decided to have my husband try the shoe. It was too tight for his foot. I asked my cousin to return the shoe. I called the store and spoke to the salesman at least twice confirming that I would like to exchange a shoe for myself. He asked me to send him an email with the shoe I would like, the size and the name of the person returning the shoe. I even sent him pictures of the shoes I wanted and offered to pay extra if the shoes was more money. When the shoe was returned today, he refused and said his boss did not approve the return of the shoe. In my line of work we protect consumers against this type of injustice. So I will be taking a person interest in this matter. This will be resolved since a verbal agreement was made with the salesperson and myself. It was all confirmed verbally and by email.

I went to the store to purchase a pair of winter boots, but decided to come back when I was more certain after considering the options at hand. Unfortunately, this decision to not immediately purchase a product impacted the demeanour of the manager/owner. His mood went from neutral to cold, and then subtly yet visibly irate. (A little much for someone for someone who should learn to keep composure when dealing with the public?) Suffice to state that his poor demeanour had an impact on my decision not to return. NB: I usually find myself able to overlook people's slight of hands, annoyances, and irritable demeanour, but this situation felt quite unwarranted. His facial expression and body language was unmistakably off. I do thank the man for his initial kind approach (ie. before he soured up), and hope that he can resolve whatever troubles him.
