★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to enjoy events from time to time, the take away is the alcoholics/Abusers in the surrounding areas that tend to invade these things. Other than that it's a great place to hang with friends and listen to performances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic outdoor venue in Einnipeg. It is busy a lot of the time. Recently, I was here for the Jazz festival. Free outdoor concerts from popular local artists. The other bonus is that along with being a great performance space, there are also lots of local eateries if you feel peckish or just need some hot or cold beverages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the Historic "Exchange District" this open-air, art installation was the site of an outdoor concert we listened to while we had lunch from a local poutine restaurant.
Locals say the structure has had some issue with rivets popping etc, but on that day it provided the hub for people to gather and listen to an independent band with interest. It won an architectural award when it was first installed.
A great spot for people watching and partaking of the local fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As attractions go, the cube is iconic and central I Winnipeg. You can find all sorts of great stuff here that range throughout the year. So long as an event is going on, and there's security, it's a great place. Personally, I think the cube itself is neat, albeit not the most aesthetically pleasing. But all in all, a great destination option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my kids for fringe. Good young indie band, live holla hoop contortionist (interesting ...to say the least) tones of food truck. Any other time when no function on....cube stage park is a little sketchy...lucky its usually got some function or activity going on. The area is cool too...funky shops and restaurants abound.
