★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Selkirk Waterfront is a nice and scenic place to enjoy outdoor festivals and also a nice place to stroll about on quite afternoons. We were at the Canada Day celebration, the music was great (including Harlequin) and the fireworks were excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my annual women's fishing derby at the Selkirk waterfront. I was disappointed no port-o-potty was there this year. With covid its more understandable but I feel like that place should have facilities permanently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come for the people. Great way to make small talk. Got some heritage too. But if you coming for the fish....if the fish are good elsewhere they are good here. If they are bad elsewhere could be even worse here. Might lose one falling them all the way up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water has flooded the lower half of the water front. Fast flowing as well. Looking across to where the flood way gates are. The under pass is under water as well where the bridge crosses.
