★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well what a pleasant surprise this little bakery turned out to be. Bought a selection of squares to sample and we were not disappointed. That home baked feeling is apparent the moment you walk in. The one thing that may pose an issue for some, is the 'cash only' limitation. Next time we will be better prepared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice bakery with lots of options for different squares. There are cookies, bread and pies too. I had a Nanaimo bar that had a crumbly base but tasted good. My wife had a pig in a blanket that had a nice pastry but she said it would have been better warmed up. We would have bought more but it's cash only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this bakery. I discovered it even before I moved to the area, and keep coming back. Great quality baked goods, tremendous variety, and also soups, good prices. No payment terminal though, so come prepared to drop some cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bakery came up on a search as a good place to find Gluten Free bakery treats. It turns out that clam was false! The only Gluten Free item they offer is bread. As a person who can not eat food containing gluten, this is yet another place where my hopes were dashed. This is just another place where people with Gluten Free needs are excluded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this bakery! I've been here on multiple occasions and have tried a good selection of their items from baked goods, to breads, to savoury foods. Everything has been delicious! Their squares are definitely my favourite. I'd stop by more often if they took debit/credit because I don't usually have cash on me. But regardless I would 100% reccomend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Crust and Crumb is under new ownership with different offerings. Sadly, I was not that impressed. The double chocolate cookies taste just like the ones at the supermarket's in-store bakery. And why it was necessary to remake the classic cherry-cheese danish into a cherry-greek-yogourt danish was beyond my understaning and indeed sense of enjoyment. I understand that they are just getting under way, but even what was there was not to my liking or standards.
