Food is my passion. I have been cooking and baking since I was very young. I love being creative in the kitchen. I have both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Foods and Nutrition. I have been working to perfect my recipes over the years and I am happy to share my products with my community. Everything is made from scratch. I source my ingredients locally. I have always believed in supporting local businesses. There is nothing like homemade bread and buns. My pretzels are so delicious, as are my cinnamon buns. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression of the finished product was good. As days went by I noticed lots of drip bumps under the edge of the counter and an embedded brush hair making a rippled look. A year and a half later I have yellowing under my coffee pot, canisters and placemats and it DOES scratch very easily. It turned out to be quick and cheap alternative but not a long term solution.
