Gosh forbid you go on holiday or work 5 days a week, or live out of Lakefield, because it doesn't matter - 5 days. I asked for a store credit or merchandise to be picked out that day and I was denied. I didn't ask for a refund. I won't be shopping here anymore. The customer obviously doesn't matter a great deal.

Their lighting selection is fantastic and they are always willing to work with you to find something that fits, that they may not have in stock. It’s worth the drive to Lakefield to see what is new and exciting at the Cozy Home!

Found some great faux flowers/plants for my fireplace as well as some beautiful candle stick holders. Will definitely be visiting this cute little shop seasonally to update our decor!
