★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went for a bra fitting at this store, where I had a terrible experience and will not go back. The fitting specialist was very abrupt and brought me various bras to try on. Apparently I must be difficult to fit, as she got exasperated, and told me to go for a breast reduction. I feel that remark did nothing for my self esteem, and made me want to never experience a bra fitting again. I however went to another business in a different city, and came out with 2 well fitting bras, a few laughs, and most importantly, a positive experience. If you are larger busted, I recommend bypassing Bra Necessities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I enjoy my experience at bra necessities but this time I didn't. I understand that people can get busy even though there was only 1 other person there; but she made it seem like she couldn't really be bothered with me. I wasn't asking for a lot in terms of a bra but apparently it was too much of a request and they didn't have what I asked for. Honestly, I don't if I will be going back there or even recommend someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great products but customer service lacking. Staffer was abrupt, I felt rushed, employee seemed annoyed we were shopping. Felt distrusted. This was my second horrible experience at this store. My sister who was visiting from out of province experienced the same unfriendly unwelcoming employee. People who work in retail have to enjoy people, serve people in a pleasant manner, be respectful and enjoy your job. You’re the face of the company. Attract or repel customers.
