★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my seedoo challenger with them for nearly 3 weeks waiting on estimate for repair. Was told they couldn’t source the part and I was basically out of luck. Part isn’t made anymore etc etc. Was given the impression my boat was headed for the scrap yard. 2 phone calls later and I’ve found the part for $78 plus shipping. Not happy.

Let’s start off with the fact that I have had 12 years experience with this company.
I wish to express my view:
Andrea ( service desk) front line contact friendly,honest,understanding, compassionate. Knows how to pay attention to detail; for example she is well aware and plans for my need to be “first in” after ice out and “last in” in the fall. She is totally accountable for any errors and omissions for service provided.
Recently had the pleasure of speaking with Dwain ( mechanic?) very personable and willing to answer questions/concerns and offer alternative solutions.
Terry ( shop foreman) have never met him but feel he does have an understanding of customer needs.
Bob Elles AKA bob the boat guy, safety bob, sold me a 6 hp Yamaha in short order, great service and even took the time to orientate me to this new purchase.
Finally one owner that I have had the pleasure of meeting (Shawn) all I can say is that this guy is committed to the integrity of his business.
Wishing the Cove and all you special staff a safe and healthy year ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have way too much awesome things to say about The Cove! The most friendliest people ever work here! LOL. We rented a boat for the boat rally this past weekend supporting SickKids hospital and camp Ooch! I was really surprised when I walked in the marina and saw all of the other things that they have for rent and sale! When I asked where I pick up the boat, they told me that they were taking it over to Foot’s Marina to launch it for me. How accommodating is that? Once there, the two young men launching the boat were so friendly and helpful! I was on the water in less than 15 minutes. We rented the 18 foot Glastron and it was amazing! Even after heading out onto the lake for our boat rally and clipping a rock with the propeller. They were extremely helpful and had the propeller changed in 15 minutes. We were back on the water so fast and able to re-join the rally and complete the day! Here are some pictures of the marina and I will be posting photos and videos of the boat in the rally shortly. Thank you again to The Cove for ALL your help this weekend. My wife and I are already planning our next staycation and boat rental. Possibly even some Sea-Doos next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a jetski last year…BRP unfortunately fell victim of the worldwide chip shortage and our seadoo got delayed. However, Nick Spruce from The Cove went out of his way to find us good secondhand one. His knowledge, experience and most importantly kindness was just out of the world. Quite often these days companies forget about customer service but not with Nick…when you walk into their shop you’re being greeted nicely and you feel like you’re not just a number.
Nick personally delivered our jetski today and everything just went flawless.
For us quality of product is one thing but great customer service and the after sale care are equally important for us and The Cove just ticks all of the boxes! A company is only as good as it’s people and The Cove is lucky to have Nick working for them. If we ever buy another toy whether seadoo, atv, Ski-Doo, boat, etc we will without hesitation come back to Nick from The Cove.
Honestly guys, If I could give The Cove more than 5 stars I would! ;-)
