★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my new Lund from Gordon Bay Marine! I absolutely love it! Stephen was my sales representative and I have to say…I couldn’t have asked for a better rep. Since my purchase in May 2021, Stephen was there for me every step of the way. He was an amazing help to all my questions throughout the entire process. 10 Stars! The marina itself is a great place to visit! Sales, service, parts, etc. Not to mention it is located on the iconic Lake Joseph in Muskoka. If your looking for a new boat or service on your existing boat, GO TO GORDON BAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service in the shop/ parts department is ok. However recently there has been a few times where the front of house staff have been crusty and short, as if they just don’t have the time for any questions unless we are there to buy something. Parts woman just really didn’t seem to have very much knowledge or seem very interested. I believe some of their older staff members could use a little customer service refresher.
However, 5/5 customer service for the woman running the Top shop just up the hill, very friendly , helpful and approachable. Prices are fair and seem to be on par with going rates for boat top repairs etc.
Also, 4/5 for the sales staff over in boat sales, although we did not end up closing a deal with a boat on consignment , our water test and time interacting with the salesman was good. Friendly, knowledgeable, good communication on site and via text when he has information or we had questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my Yamaha 25hp outboard engine and Gordon Bay did everything in their power to rectify the problem in a timely matter. I am extremely grateful for their superior service because I needed that motor to reach our island property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great spot to deal with. Professionally run and always organized. I deal with them lot’s working for another Marina that is a non dealer. We get many parts from Gordon Bay. When they say they have the largest inventory in Ontario they mean it. Probably 90% of the time they have the parts i need in stock and rarely need to order them. If you need parts and good service gordon bay is a great spot.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional. I traveled from Nova Scotia, starting the whole experience in October 2021, lots of calls and emails and always an answer! Gordon Bay Marine and its staff have a perfect customer service based model that should be followed throughout the industry. From the order, test run and delivery my whole experience was amazing! I highly suggest that anyone considering a boat purchase to reach out, from my experience you won't be disappointed!!
