★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to warn you all , this is a company that during this crisis period , despite numerous requests from the government to help people who stayed temporarily unemployed and ended up in financial problems , on my request to defer one payment for one month , I got an answer, YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA 25$ FOR EVERY MISSED DAY ... if they can’t hold such trifles, then I can’t hope for their help during serious problems !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, provided one of their agents named Angel Ng with all my personal info for getting an auto insurance quote. She never got back to me. When I called, I was told that I need to book appointment to speak to her or anyone else there. most ridiculous insurance broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe you posted this to the wrong agency. Angel Ng whom you had a terrible experience has her own Agency which is also located in Richmond Hill area. I personally have dealt with Ted Chan Insurance Agency over the last 30 years and have always have great service there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having one claim, they cancelled my insurance without a courtesy call or anything. I had called them and asked whether they only wanted clients who paid and had no claims to which they responded, "we are sorry". Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with them for 2 years, all my properties and cars. One time they didn’t deduct the money from my credit card, someone called me said I need to provide another card, but DID NOT told me my insurance will be cancelled if I don’t. After few weeks, I remember this thing and call in to provide my credit card, then I was been told my policy has been cancelled. It effect my whole driving record and credit record. Unbelievable!! Normally insurance companies will call client twice to tell them the consequence. Well, they didn’t !! Never go with them, they are cheap, but you get this kind of service.
