★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this company. I had really bad experience. It took them 2 month to modify address in my car insurance and another month to cancel it. It is still not cancelled yet, despite me sending all the forms, reminding a few times. Needless to say I paid all this time. My broker is neither not picking up my calls nor getting back to me. Stay away at all costs!

Insurance is a necessity in today's world... but it can become a tedious chore when looking for the best deal. I've tried countless times in the past, with different brokers, or the big firms themselves, but everytime I just felt like another number in a long line-up, and no one cared.
But with My Insurance Broker, I felt appreciated! They value your time and are committed to providing you with the best; be it providing you with information on comprehensive packages, or a quick quote for your specific needs. I also appreciate them because they're always there when I need any help when I see a change in my premiums, reassuring me about the changes, or even trying to reduce them!
Also, it's a great feeling when I walk into their office and am greeted like family... it goes a long way and doesn't go unnoticed! It's a welcoming change from the large firms where you feel like you just get lost in the crowd.
Whenever any friends or family ask me about insurance, I just tell them, "try My Insurance Broker, you'll be happy you did!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just started a new insurance policy through them. Called about 2 months in to change my card with my car insurance and my tenants insurance. They did not change the card my tenants insurance so when they went to withdraw from my old card there was no money. Now they don’t want to take responsibility and are trying to have the insurance company reimbursed me (which is not going to happen since this was the brokers fault).
So now I’m going to have to eat to $50 overdraft fee.
Third party companies never take responsibility for their actions. They are making money off this but don’t want to do the job properly or take any blame when it is done incorrectly.
Do not go through this broker!
