β β β β β Jeff and his team started renovating my house in November 2019. It is a big project, a completed renovation of the entire house including a basement walkout. The majority of the renovation work is done so far. My family moved in the house two weeks ago. We are very happy and satisfied with the professional work done by the construction team. The basement walkout has not been done yet due to the weather condition and COVID-19. They will be back to complete the walkout once the weather gets better and the situation of COVID-19 permits.
Since we move in the house, this provides us an opportunity to test the quality of renovation and provide a reasonable feedback. I would like to give a five Star based on the following reasons and facts:
1. The quality of the material used and the works performed is very good. During/after the renovation, I invited couple of my friends who has some degree of construction knowledge to visit our place, they all gave positive comments.
2. Communication/ coordination is smooth. During the renovation period, Jeff responses our questions/concerns in a timely manner and willing to find a solution for misunderstanding/disagreement.
3. Professional recommendations and suggestions. From my perspective, I believe the amount of work/details they have done for the renovation is far more than what we can saw. We heavily relied on their opinion for many of the solutions and we are very happy with them. During the renovation period, Jeff provided tones of ideas from designing to choosing materials. Those are great ideas and we really appreciate it.
Overall, we are very satisfied with their work and recommend this contractor. I will continue to update once the walkout is done.

β β β β β I contacted Betterview for doing stone work around my house on top of the brick. They are trustworthy, but they don't know these kinds of work. They finished the work but everything was messy, they couldn't even fix the problems. The workers put cement all over the Stone and now it looks really bad after spending almost 35,0000 dollars. They tried to fix it using some powders but they couldn't fix it. So don't use them from stone works, cement works..... They are not good in these kinds of works. My house is a messy now.

Our project was finished on time and on budget and he answered any questions we had promptly. He was patient and professional throughout the whole process from start to finish. β β β β β Recently finished a full renovation for one of our house with Jeffery and his team
The result is fantastic , all communication in between were crisp and clear
But more importantly, everything was done in a timely manner. Originally we were just planning to do a basic reno for the property, however Jeffery and his team suggested that doing an addition can sales for a better price with not too much extra compare to what we want to do at first. The project was done on time and it exceeded our expectations. The property was sold in less than a day and a generous amount over the asking price, because of its design, function and finish
Would highly recommend Jeffery and his team to anyone, they are a true one stop shop from design, permit and build. Everything in between was hassle free, would definitely work with them again
