★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project went very well. It was hard to pick a contractor, Brett made us feel comfortable and that’s why we chose him. There was a lot of communication through out the job, and we absolutely love our new basement! And Brett seems to really enjoy the work he does which was a bonus.

He is very knowledgeable about what he does and strives for high quality. The proof is in the work and final outcome of my basement. I would highly recommend hiring Square Win if your looking at getting your basement fully renovated/finished. If you have been thinking about getting your basement renovated/finished. Square Win is the way to go without a doubt. They did a phenomenal job, and I'm so happy with the way my basement turned out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Square Win to do partial basement development, up to phase 2, meaning: up to drywall and water installation, no flooring. Basement was completly unfinished, just concrete walls. Our experience with these guys was great Brett, Donovan and crew were always on time, flexible, listening to our plans and wishes, they were respectful to our home and communicating through the whole process, they answered all questions, went through options, all payments were communicated and explained clearly. We are handy homeowners but we knew it would be the best to hire someone for heavy stuff and we are glad we did . We did finishing by ourselves and they patiently waited to come and finish water installation at the end. I would recommend these guys anytime as we had a great experience. Keep up a great work guys! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend Square Win over and over and over. Brett recently finished the basement in my duplex, and the finished product is amazing! He was easy to deal with, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Square Win listened to what my expectation was, made recommendations, and made my vision come to life. He was communicative, transparent, honest, and delightful to deal with. I was initially nervous with contractors in our house while I received quotes to complete this project and once Brett walked in the house, I knew he was the one. He made me feel at ease, and was able to walk through different design ideas that would either work better, or be more cost effective. It felt more like I was dealing with a partner than a contractor. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of work that we received, and I guess my only regret is that I don't have more basements for him to finish. One day...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal contractor to work with! Brett and his team delivered a basement that not only brought our vision to life, but the finishing and fine details were completed flawlessly. Brett was completely open and transparent throughout the process, from our initial conversations discussing budgeting all the way through to the final walkthrough. When presented with our unique asks (including channeled baseboard lighting) not only was Brett excited for the challenge, but his ingenuity ensured the end product went far beyond our expectations. Not only did he deliver baseboard lighting (complete with multicolored LED options), he also delivered a unique epoxy flooring solution that brought our vision of having an ocean floor brought to life. Our basement is such a point of pride and a showpiece for our home, and everyone who sees it is blown away by the craftsmanship and the quality of the work delivered by Brett and his team. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to complete their basement project, and he is a great person to work with! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!
