I was replied to by a "Scott Paxton", who at first seemed interested in providing his service, but after i had asked a very simple question, quickly retorted to lecturing me about tradesman, money, and how he needs to feed his family. Continued in a very unprofessional way of, if you dont want my service, do it yourself. I was willing to pay for this service, never did i say i wouldnt, he offerred a "free estimate" yet got defensive when asked questions about the project..
0 stars if i could, who even acts like this in business?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ similar to the others. Put a down payment for materials for a job months ago and Scott has been a no show. at times ignoring calls and text messages. gives every excuse you can imagine. about ready to go for a civil claim to try and get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Scott for a free estimate and came and did what I asked and I had many questions which he was patient enough to answer all. We all hear stories about inexperienced contractors. Scott on the other hand helped with suggestions and was really honest with quote and past work he did he showed me. All in all after the work was done, I was extremely happy with his work. I have referred Custom and Scott to some home builders who have used him. They were impressed with his work I later on found out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Scott to build me a couple of bookcases for a customer. He over 2 1/2 months told me every story in the book that he was not able to deliver the bookcases that were all built. Now that material doubled in price , I can't find anyone else to build them for the price I quoted. No communication with this company, days before he messaged back. The customer even called him and was told that they were built and waiting to deliver them . He set up a time with him and he was a no show, and not even a phone call to let him know that holidays were more important . So not even will I ever use him or refer him again, neither will my customer.
