A	Alecia Vogel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misrepresented the time that the Marc Rebillet show started. We bought our tickets 3 months ago. No re-entry, advertised that the show starts at "9pm sharp", we showed up and it wasn't until 10pm that we learned that the show we came for actually starts at midnight. Limited and overpriced bar selection. Way too limited seating for a 3 hour wait. We won't be back. We'll have to leave the show an hour early early to catch the last LRT train at 1am. This is so disappointing and underwhelming that it's hard to put into words. Update: I tried giving my feedback to the doorman and he went on a shpeel about "Well, we have an opening act" to somehow justify this whole situation. I pointed out that the 3 hour opening act was not advertised on ticketmaster. He jeered with his buddy about "making ladies mad" and it was clear that my attempt to pass on my feedback to management before I left was going to be a waste of my time. I am angry and dissatisfied with my experience here tonight.

They have a terrible attitude, no line ups or any type of organization, just a swarm of crowds trying to get in. so messy and completely unsafe protocols. probably the worst club i ever been to in term of hospitality and vip treatments. dont bother getting bottle service or blow your money here, you still have to wait in whats more of a mob than line up and get treated horribly and disrespected

I love the friendly and warm loving group of people who run the facility and all the wonderful staff they bring on board to give you wonderful customer service. I really value what this venue and this business has brought to the community. Its a wonderful place to visit and experience the downtown community..... and again, its always spotlessly clean, safe and full of love for each and every patron! Look forward to more visits soon.

The down time was not wasted though and was used as an opportunity to make some additions of local art and upgrades to the lighting and video mapping. Well worth checking out the new additions! Sindustry Wednesdays have been popping off and somehow are even more over the top than pre-pandemic! Caught some great house music on Friday a couple weeks ago and am super excited for the touring acts they have booked so far!
