★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best 7-Eleven in the city center area! This one is a little smaller than other locations but it is always clean, well stocked and the staff is SUPER friendly. With all that said, the biggest plus for me is there are rarely any unsavory characters hanging around or in the store, which is something that plagues the other couple locations in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New 7-Eleven in Downtown Edmonton. This is a 2 story store. The upper level is seating so you can enjoy a quick bite. The lower level is all the drinks and food. Very convenient location plus they stock lots of hot food. Very bright and spacious location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Went there at night and the door was locked, knocked several times but the staffs deliberately ignored till I called the store and told them to open the door. I went there to get a slurpee but the cups were not under the machine. Asked the staff about the cups and they completely ignored and kept on doing their own stuffs. Asking for the third time worked and one of them finally gave me a cup. Never going back there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. The staff is rude, they never answer the door, even if you’re standing there for 10 minutes ringing the doorbell. If you do by chance actually get the chance to get inside, if you ask for anything you either get ignored, or you get an eye roll with a very reluctant employee taking their time, with attitude getting it. As an ex employee of 7-11, I know the standards that are expected. This type of customer service is completely unacceptable by 7-11 standards. I will never go back to this location, and you can thank your employees for that. I will also be making sure that the people in my building also boycott this location.
