Culinary students prepare a variety of dishes and cuisines. They used to have amazing multi course specials. Very chic

I can't flaw anything about our experience. Service was superb, bread, spread, appetizer, main we're amazing. Maybe the dessert could have been a little better. Baked chocolate ganache was a little too intense and rich. My pasta was very nice as was my wife's fish. My broccoli appetizer was delicious as was my wife's kale& brussel sprout salad. We already have a reservation to go back in a month.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Good price. Quality experience. Highly recommended. Took one star down because one chef kept touching his mouth and face while looking at the computer and would immediately go back to cooking. Gotta unlearn that bad habit, especially if you're right beside the customers.

Fantastic food. A three course prix fixe menu of delectable items at a really good price. The restaurant is beautiful, the lighting and table settings are like something from a magazine. I loved that our servers were students on their first shift. They were so attentive and eager to please. The food is remarkable - every bite absolutely delicious. If these are student chefs they have brilliant futures.

This is the place for foodies and those who want to explore their palate with superb 3 or 4 course dishes by cullinary students at George Brown College. The service and dishes were all on point. We went on last night of this year's class and I could tell how comfortable and confident of those behind and outside the kitchen. I wonder if those review that were not as positive went near the beginning when students start their training there? Our family all enjoyed all of their dishes. It went beyond my expectation and price was amazing for the level of service and food.

Very interesting place to have an affordable dinner. Part of George Brown, the student chefs here cook up a gourmet meal that is budget friendly yet innovative. The servers are also very attentive and you’ll have fun watching the students cook via TV or the open concept restaurant. Would recommend giving this a try.

Delish and well presented food - and not just typical steakhouse fare. Well thought out entrees and a collection of drinks. Service is a bit stiff and slow, which you can ignore.

What a gem! My husband and I fresh off the plane for our first night in Toronto "foodie heaven" and we were lucky enough to discover this lively and lovely little restaurant. Creative and tasty cooking, excellent service, local wines, unpretentious and pleasant atmosphere. I hardly ever give 5 Stars for anything, but The Chefs House richly deserved them all!
