★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bookstore never had my textbooks in stock for the semester. The store did not even order textbooks ahead of time and I had no textbooks for the whole semester.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online a samsung galaxy buds almost 2 weeks ago and still waiting. when, i tried to contact them nobody pickup their phone and answer to email inquiries. Only one time they responded to email that i will get my item in
first day of second week but now it is about to be a third week.
After that, i visited the store the guy told me they might have forget to order. i still let them be by being nice and wait for my order.
Now Still, i have not received anything and no responses.
Now, i am requesting refund but nobody is replying. What kind of shop it is. Even, the low end shops has higher standard and customer service than them .
Worst service received.
I recommend to buy product from outside somethere even the price is bit high atleast you will get what you want on time and peace of mind.
Just ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their cooking store on a Saturday to refund the uniform for weekend jam class that was cancelled.
We were told they cannot process the refund on a weekend due to no manager on site. Furthermore, they would not accept an email from GB that stated the class was indeed cancelled. Instead, the clerk told us that we need to print it out so they can have “paper-proof”.
It’s just mind boggling how a college with a good reputation has such bad customer service. We don’t think this is a systemic issue, but what happened yesterday needs management’s attention so they can improve on student/customer experience.
Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the wrong course pack from the store, so I called the store for refund and the man on the phone is extremely rude telling me I can't return any opened nursing materials. What kinda b.s. policy is this. They just want your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a little over $500 on textbooks for the coming semester and chose the secure pick up option since I live close by. I never got a confirmation email but they sure as anything took my money. So now I'm out a little over $500 and have no way of getting my textbooks.
