It was the first time we sold property and she took the time to explain every little detail and answered all our questions like a pro. Through the negotiations with the buyers, Carly helped us to understand to pros and cons of the multiple offers we received and ultimately got a buyer to agree to everything we wanted out of our sale (including a very high price!). On top of all of this, Carly gave great advice on how to best set up our home to really make the photos stand out on the listing to get the most potential buyers through the door. For the showings, a few staging items were used that made our place look like a show home! I would highly recommend Carly and her team to anyone in need of real estate services. You don't need to look anywhere else!
