I attended one of his seminars in West Vancouver and was impressed with his presentation. I subsequently hired him to sell my property and continued to be impressed. He was professional, he communicated well, he looked at the research and applied it to my situation. I really liked the fact that he did ALL of his own Open Houses. That is important as he has the most intimate knowledge of the property and can answer prospective buyers questions comprehensively. He also provided informative verbal 'reports' at the end of each Open House; indicating he was in an active process during these sessions. I highly recommend Chris for your realtor needs.
