He truly cares about you and what you need and works way beyond what is required and takes care of you like you are family. I was told stories from others who suggested I contact him and it was one of the best decisions of my life. We all know buying a new home is stressful time and he puts you at ease explains everything so there's no surprises, will call you back right away if he missed your call. So what really sets Chris apart? He actually helped me with work around the house (even on the roof!), he lent me a piece of furniture, he had more ideas for improvement than your hardware store, he had connections for all sorts of work at reasonable prices, and, like another reviewer stated, he effectively communicated all the time. AND, he charged less commission than two other brokers I interviewed, who were asking for higher than standard. I accepted an offer after 12 days on market, although it was at the bottom of my desired range.

We have bought and sold houses before but we have never had a realtor who worked as hard for us as Chris did. We were amazed by how involved Chris was in assisting us in preparing our house for sale, from offering to paint our ceiling to installing some baseboard. He’s a man of many talents. When we bought our new house Chris assisted us with planning our renovation and helping us start the work when we got possession. He was there on the first day with his tools getting things started. What real estate agent does that? Chris is very professional, a great communicator, friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We cannot say enough positive about him. We’ll recommend him to everyone who asks. It doesn’t get any better than the service he provides.

Working with my family as multi executors, Chris was patient and professional selling my dad’s house over asking and within a week. He is hardworking, diligent, trustworthy and a skillful negotiator.
