★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to miss 5 days of work due to covid test. Paid me for 2. When asked why it wasnt for all 5 they said due to a " 3 day waiting period ".... not sure what the waiting is for. Corporate loophole I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called a couple of phone numbers and was left holding on the phone for over 30 minutes each time with no response. They have terrible customer service. I don't recommend this company. Very condescending message and not at all helpful. I will have to go to their office in person I guess! Useless and incompetent service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have called the phone number several times and have been left holding for 20 - 30 minutes listening to the condescending message telling us how important our call is... Does this place only have a few customer service people taking calls? With what we pay for your services it would be nice if we actually received any customer service. Perhaps you could have a call back service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited till my last 3 dollars before getting my short term disability benifits going. I dont live paycheck to paycheck, thats how long they took. After calling to tell them im going back to work, two weeks in advance, i recently get a letter stating "WE messed up, WE kept paying you. YOU owe us 5200 dollars." 4 phone calls and emails unanswered. Pretty sure when i inform my case worker directly, its no longer my responsibility. Especially when if i didnt catch it and tell them i would have got a letter for about 50 grand, oh yeah thats right. Not only did i tell them i was going back to work and they ignored that. They wernt even the ones to catch it! Maybe this review will get a response. If negative 5 stars was possible them and one other review i have ever written would be privy to it. The only assurance you get from them is that you will be stressed out. A major overhaul is required.
