★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Beer Can is an excellent outdoor venue featuring many local beers and other beverages as well as tacos (2 for $10 and well worth it!). They've got a stage for outdoor concerts and events and you will often see a bike valet service available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local stop! Was out for a bike ride and stopped for a cold one. The Beer Can has a good variety of drinks to chose from. Greatly spaced out with music that sparked a few people to get up and dance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy and fun patio! We arrived at 4 on a Friday and grabbed a table but after it was packed for the rest of the night! Great drinks and tacos but pricy, we did have a mixup with the order but the staff was quick to fix it. Atmosphere fabulous, except for the noisy construction happening nearby. Porta-potties available.

The beer menu could use some expansion and have more local beers.
The food is lackluster, 2 semi cold tacos for 10 bucks? The guacamole is a rip-off, looks like half a avocado mixed with just a few pieces of red onion that were obblong shaped, no salt, no lemon, no cilantro (if there was any you couldn't tell) and for 3.50.
The "hot salsa" was blitzed to kingdom come and not even chucky for dipping chips in.
The chips are from La Costina and not even housemade.
Beer selection mediocre, atmosphere is good and eat before you come, no value for your money.

Two spots to get beer, craft 9 and 10$ beers wine as well! Food options available too
Only 4 because of pricey options otherwise great party area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beer can is an out door, patio style, beer drinking extravaganza of a good time. Pop up style and only around - weather permitting. Very casual - women be warned; washroom is portapotty style. Very clean and well kept. Music events are hosted with an admission fee. Otherwise it’s free entry to sit by the river and try the local brews. Located at the old curling club, just off the Osborne St. Bridge. Parking on street or in parking lot. Bike or walk if you can; lots of bike racks. Many restaurants located near by for post beer munchies. Oh! And you can bring your poopie!!
