โ โ โ โ โ Alex is a colour magician! He transformed my pandemic, DYI colour experiment into a gorgeous, healthy looking fade that brilliantly camouflages some of the grey hair that love to peak through.
I also love that the Cabinet uses vegan products. Their model of charge by the hour was weird for me to wrap my head around but I love not having the stress of to trying to figure out what my total will be and how much to tip, pre-tax/taxed, etc. Stress gone.
The space itself is great, clean, light-filled looking over Queen W and great music too.

โ โ โ โ โ I got my hair coloured by Brittany and she did an excellent job! I came in with a slightly grown out balayage and I wanted it refreshed and blended up towards my root regrowth. She matched the colour really nicely and my balayage looks brand new now.
I also got a cut done by Sarah and it looks great. She helped me get some volume back in my hair! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for, very attentive.

โ โ โ โ โ I started seeing Brittney at her former salon in 2019 and loved her and her services enough to make the trek downtown to keep seeing her now that she's at The Cabinet <3 The salon is very bright, clean, and beautiful and I will definitely keep coming back! My highlights turned out amazing as always and Brittney is just the sweetest, can't recommend her enough!

โ โ โ โ โ The most welcoming salon! Everyone who works in the space is warm and welcoming. Sam is an amazing stylist and I highly recommend. I really appreciate the pricing model the salon has. Having no guesswork with tipping is a huge relief and it's great to know that the price is actually set by the individual stylist.

โ โ โ โ โ What can I say, Beautiful! I had by far the best haircut I have ever had with Amy. I wake up let my short hair air dry and it's magic, It looks like I actually styled my hair without actually styling it. That says alot about a cut. Amy listens, is super knowledgeable and just is such a cool person, one of the few I have met in a long time. The Cabinet salon is beautiful inside and prices are great!! Totally worth the drive to Toronto.

โ โ โ โ โ PETRA has been my hair guru at The Cabinet Salon for over 4 years and she is an absolute gem!! I haven't and won't let anyone else touch my hair because she has the magic touch! She makes my fine, heavy hair feel luscious and bouncy every time she gives me a cut. She's also coloured my hair and i've been incredibly pleased with the results every time. I've referred a few girlfriends to her over the years and they've all been so happy with her and her services! She is an absolute sweetheart and you'll love sitting in her chair, wishing your appointment could go on for longer so you can hang out with her. 10/10 would recommend. RUN, don't walk to see her!

She has been my colourist for the last 6 years and helped to completely transform my gross unhealthy hair into a beautiful, long and healthy blended colour that I actually wanted and liked. I will follow her anywhere! I always neglected getting my hair done because of my experience with it, but Brittney is patient, kind, professional, and informative. She isn't afraid to tell me what will and won't work and I love her for it! I trust her fully. She cares more about my hair then I do. Thank you Brittneyโคโคโค

โ โ โ โ โ Emma is just lovely! Iโve been a client of hers for around 20(!) years now. She always makes my hair look amazing and it still looks good when I style it myself at home. I love how she always listens to my requests during our consultations while also making expert suggestions on cuts and colour that will work with my hair type (fine). The atmosphere of this beautiful salon is chill yet very welcoming to their wide variety of clients and I also appreciate Emma and Alexโs charity and community building initiatives. Highly recommend!
