A unique gem on Queen street. Staff welcome you with that genuine Toronto kindness and the clothes are fresh and new but also has the classics, all made with the best quality. My boyfriend who visits Toronto frequently, has purchased clothes from there and the quality and service was outstanding.

I used to shop here quite a bit, but lately the customer service has been unacceptable. I recently returned a product for which I couldn't receive a cash refund - turns out only exchanges and store credit are accepted (which was never informed at check-out, but I realized when returning there's a small sign at check-out, so that's on me). I've been coming back for the last three months to try and purchase a scoop hoodie and put my store credit to use. I've been waiting on a scoop hoodie for well over a year and was told my email was on their mailing list for when they would be in-store - I was told it should be only a matter of a few weeks. Over a year later, still no scoop hoodies in stock. Recently I was told the scoop hoodies are only sold at their warehouse location...little to my surprise my gift card cannot be used at the warehouse but can only be used in-store. So, ultimately I just used the store credit on a random item I likely have no use for. At the same time, I tried to exchange two shirts for a different size (which is outlined as being acceptable in their return/exchange policy). One of the shirts had another size whereas the other didn't. It was quite the process to try and exchange sized for the one shirt with an available size. Moreover, I was told that for the shirt which another size is not available that I could not exchange for a different shirt of same value and nor could I return it for a store credit (but policy says I can?!). Ultimately, what I've realized is that you have to be completely sure, without any degree of uncertainty, on any product that you purchase because returns/exchanges/store credits don't exist. ps. bought a scoop hoodie from vitaly after the one year wait.

Hey. LOVE LOVE the GFC clothing. I bought a Flocker hoodie among other items just after Xmas and Ive worn it about 6 times and washed it twice... Hang to dry... But around the front pocket its ripping and i went to put it on today and the front ripped like a piece of paper. Is there a remedy for this? Just curious if it was an issue with the supplier? I noticed its a different material than your other regular hoodies which are great quality. I would have sent an email but I cant find one. Thanks

Initially received the wrong package when ordering online, however support was very accommodating with the return process and to my surprise, found a Atelier New Regime jacket in the package as a thank you for the mishap. Thanks GFC! 10/10 Hope to stop by next time I’m in the city.

RUN AWAY and DON'T LOOK BACK. I won't use them again and won't recommend them to anyone. I place few orders two weeks ago during their sale. My issue started when they emailed 4 days after the fact to say they don't have the item I requested. Then when the first package arrived, they missed 1 item Totally, and 1 other item was the wrong Size. XL instead of L size. Few days later the 2nd package arrived and yes it has the wrong size again. They placed a S instead of L... I thought I got a deal by buying from their online store but the truth is that I got a VERY BAD deal because of their lack of dishonesty. 2 items are not wearable. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

The quality of every item I've bought from GFC over the years is excellent! They recently made sweaters for my company and the quality is again, amazing! Would highly recommend this brand.

Just an overall great experience dealing with everyone at GFC. I ordered a mystery package for in store pick up but scheduling the pick was difficult so they shipped it to me on the house even after I insisted on paying. And to top it off, I could not be happier with what I got. The value and quality was out of this world. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a good fit to shop at GFC.
