★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best burgers in Toronto. I’ve travelled a bunch and tried burgers including in and out in California and honestly it has nothing on the burgers priest.
My favourite is the Vatican City (the grilled cheese buns are such a creative touch and mix two of my favourite foods into one)
The strawberry shakes are also very good!
Fries, despite being quite tasty, are quite a large portion... definitely consider sharing if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service!! Two people shooting the breeze while two customers are waiting for their takeout. I had to interrupt their conversation so they would provide us our meals. With takeout, I would think that getting hot meals to customers would be important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best burgers that I have ever tried( “The Priest” with portobello mushroom)?? it was so juicy, well cooked and delicious. I highly recommend this place. The girls who were working there today were so nice, kind and supper fast. I would definitely come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered burger with tomato, pickles and condiments, got my burger filled with onions and lettuce (see pic). Barely any tomatoes or pickles. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this location and they got my order wrong.
Last time I ordered and paid for cheese and they didn't give me cheese.
The cooks need to pay more attention to customers orders and less time listening to music.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say that we had a horrible experience this evening. I ordered 4 different burgers for my children. (We've ordered from this store MANY, MANY times over the years) Unfortunately, we found a VERY long hair & a shorter hair in 1 of the burgers. There was also a hair in the fries AND even an eyelash or very short hair in the milkshake. I called & was offered a refund, otherwise, I would have given this location 0 stars. I have video & photo evidence of pulling out the embed long hairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rustic appearance with friendly staff. Recommended to me by some friends who visited prior, and it did not disappoint.
Ordered a meal with The Vatican which was very well presented and tasted fantastic. The amount of cheese with the meat would have been overwhelmingly savoury, if not for the sweetness of the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and sautéed onions which perfectly complemented the burger. The fries were average, but who goes to a burger place and complains about the fries.
Super solid burger joint, give them a visit so they can keep rescuing the burger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got home with my takeout order. My bacon cheeseburger had no toppings (was supposed to be everything) and wife's low priest is raw, not just a little pink. I've been here many times and always enjoyed it but this is inedible.
Edit : The company did reach out and issued me a refund for my order so updated from 1-3 stars.
