Worst experience in my life, i thought that buying a brand new couch would be headhache free compared to the used market. God was I wrong. Not only did the seller lied to us, but when i received my couch the delevery guys threw the(the couch ended up being wrecked by simply sitting at this spot). at first it seemed fine, but after a month the couch was completely broken. I cannot open the "bed " under it and its been 6 month that I contacted customer service. Im not even done because when buying the couch i also bought a 5 year warrenty ( no wonder why its 5 years,because it take a year to have a some feedback about our couch.) Recently i called and they told me that since they deemed it unrepairable, i would only get 500$ of store credit (when I paid 300$ for the garanty that my couch will be fixed or replaced if a default was to happen to it). On top of that, I did not received any wheel or feet for my sofa for the first 4 month, wich contributed to the bed mecanism breaking.

Sincerely the worst store ever. Tacky furniture, worst customer service, they don't hesitate to tell you to go to hell. We had a lot of bad experiences at that store last year. They won't be helpful or smiling in any ways. Can't even wrap a simple vase in brown paper I came back home it was broken. Never seen a store like that. Avoid at all costs everybody says it.

I didn't ask for his name, but I was shopping for a new mattress and en employee offered his assistance. After trying one mattress, I asked if I could try another that was less firm, but he said "excuse me to say this but you can't go for something less firm because you're too heavy". I'm really not that huge, but even if I was, it would still be an inappropriate thing to say... and if I want to buy something less firm I believe it should be up to me? I understand what he meant, but I still think it was rude. Needless to say I didn't buy anything ? couldn't think about anything else after he said that. I left and tried to call to speak to a manager, but it was 16:50 and they had already left.

Worst customer service ever. On Friday march 11, 2022 went shopping ,looking for appliances as we were shopping i saw a Pac Man machine and decided to buy it for $281.00 tax in. Sale lady said I had 48 hrs to exchange or return it if something didn't work. Went home and with my luck is was defective. Returned to the store on Sunday March 13th at about 10:20 AM. Went to Customer service to exchange it. The lady behind the counter called the manager to see if it was ok , he asked me ot go get another one and they would exchange. They were starting to proceed with the change and i was told no exchange no refund. I clearly told them i was told 48 hrs by salesperson . Her response was they dont know what the rules are. I replied well maybe you should give the proper training to your sales rep. I asked to speak to the manager and he said no we cannot do it and they gave me an email address on who to contact. Not even the manage knows his own job first he says yes and then he says no. They gave me a hard time for a $280.00 item , well they just lost an order of $8000.00 in appliances. They have been blacklisted and i am not done I will make it public on the horrible horrible customer services. They take your money and then there is a problem they throw you to the wolves. to deal with it on your own. At the same time another couple came in and they have been waiting since December for a repairman for there dishwasher on warranty. That is unacceptable. Needless to say my suggestion to everyone is stay away from that store CUSTOMER SERVICE A BIG ZERO. I will be taking this to the public . As for the stars it is 0 STARS.
