I felt Sabrina went above and beyond to answer all my questions to help me make the right decision when choosing my new mattress set.

There was mistakes in the paperwork so that we had to make multiple delivery changes in the delivery of the mattress so that we had to change the bed preparing for the new mattress Every time. When we received the new mattress the salesman had forgotten to include the mattress was to be taken away in the contract after verbally saying it was to be taken away. We're stuck with the old mattress.

The person working there was looking at a computer screen and didn't even turn her head and said be with you in a minute. We looked around whole store and stood in front of reception desk. Still to busy to help us. Didn't even say anything. We walked around again for what seemed forever and still no help. We finally left and went to Sleep Country. NEVER HAD HORRIBLE SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE !!!!

I had visited the store several times and each time Sabrina made me feel comfortable. She allowed me to take my time picking the right mattress for myself. She even went above and beyond my expectations by following up with me after my mattress arrived to make sure I was happy.
I	Infinite Jib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The expensive Sterns and Foster King mattress was showing signs of Hammocking after 2 months of use. We asked for a warranty return. We were told that the 1" of wear after two months was not enough and it had to be 1.5". So we thought we would use the Brick Sleep guarantee. The store assistant manager told us that the Brick would not take back the mattress because she could not sell it, because it was too badly worn. This is after only 2 months. So it was not covered under warranty, and the store would not take it back because it was defective. NEVER buy from the Brick Mattress Store.
