There was an issue with the ottoman which Boss Leather was genuinely interested in resolving promptly and successfully. Doing the process remotely since we live in BC, their responsiveness and thoroughness were truly appreciated. A first class product with a first class company.

After looking at crate and barrel, restoration hardware and a few other higher end local furniture stores We luckily came across Canada boss leather online. We found the exact style of couch we were looking for and called the next day to inqurie. Rob the owner was super helpful, he explain the entire building process including the types of materials they used. Because I am located in alberta I couldn't go to the show room floor and pick out a leather Rob sent me several leather swatches with premium brown leather. The equatrian chocolate is exactly what we wanted, a full analine leather, scratches, marks, and develops a beautiful patina. We placed an order for a double sofa, sofa and a half, and matching ottoman. We also picked out the old world map and mounted it above our fireplace. Due to material shortages and what not these couches did take a little longer than expected but its 100% worth the wait. Highly recommend ordering from Canada boss leather!!! Service and quality is bang on! We will most likely be selling our lazy boys in our theater room and upgrading to their cloud couch in the future. Ps. TV and speaker wires will be hidden soon.

The craftsmanship is impeccable and the leather is exactly what I was hoping for .
