My self and wife visit this location and was very impressed with the sales associate. He explained to us about the products we were looking to purchase. We end up purchasing a patio set , TV, barbecue grill . Price was fantastic and delivery was fast. I recommend everyone to visit this brick location and get great deals and great customer service. Thanks again.

I had a great experience dealing with The Brick. The manager Shaw and his team were exceptionally helpful, especially the sales representatives Shirin. I think it's worth your while to visit this location.

I am not usually one to leave a negative review and consider myself a very reasonable, easy going person, but I recently had a poor experience with this store. My initial visit to the store was not too bad, the salesperson was helpful but it was a little difficult to understand what he was saying. I did purchase a middle of the road mattress set and was very disappointed with the delivery. Firstly, two guys arrived without masks. I understand that it is not required for them to wear masks anymore and I forgot to request that they do so, but I feel that under the current circumstances and out of respect, when entering into someone’s home (one’s personal space) they should ask if it’s ok to come in without a mask. When I asked the fist delivery guy if they had masks he said no and began to argue with me saying it really does not make a difference as they have been handling the mattress anyway so their germs were already on it. I did not agree, gave them masks and insisted they wear them before I let them in the house. Secondly, both delivery guys marched up the carpeted stairs without offering to take their shoes off. Thirdly, other than putting together the bed frame (this took them 5 mins and was something I had requested when I purchased the mattress) they did not take the plastic off nor set up the mattress and box spring. The salesperson said they would do so. When I asked one of the delivery guys if they were going to do this he said they didn’t have enough time. A few seconds later he added (as if an after thought) that their truck had broken down and they had to wait two hours for it to be fixed. Even if this was the truth, that’s not the customer’s problem. For the $69 I payed for delivery (there are several other competitors that I could of chose who do not charge for delivery) the whole thing should of been put together. On another note, a few days after the delivery, I went back to the store, thinking I just wanted to look again in case I decided to upgrade the mattress (as the sale was still on and the original salesperson said I could do so). The salesperson that greeted me this time was very rude and did not want to give me the time of day. He very quickly brushed me off.

I bought a mattress 6 months ago but it was a bad fit for what I needed and was causing a lot of pain. The manager Shaw was flexible, gracious, and accommodating. He, along with sales rep Selma talked me through another mattress that felt much better. They answered all my questions and were incredibly patient with me. They were able to make the exchange and even exceeded my expectations to arrange for the mattress to be delivered in two days. I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

I cannot emphasize enough, DO NOT GO TO THIS BRICK STORE. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by an employee who asked us what we were looking for. We replied that we were looking for a sofa with certain characteristics and she just scoffed, said "good luck" and waved in a general direction and said "there's some that way" and walked off. We went into the sofa area and a saleswoman came by, showing us a sofa that appeared to have what we wanted. But when we pressed her for more details on the product, like the material, quality, and warranty, she couldn't offer any information. In addition she kept insisting that her in-store discount was much better than any online or corporate discount and wouldn't budge on anything, like delivery or an upgraded warranty. The warranty they were offering was for an additional $43, for a $449 value warranty, which if you didn't use after 5 years, was good for store credit, which would expire in 3 months... But who's going to remember that deal in 5 years? She also told us that there was a 1-year limited warranty but that was useless and it didn't actually cover anything. When we left the store, we also overhead a group of salespeople lounging on the sofas, complaining about customers that leave without buying anything. I wouldn't be surprised if this is just a self-fulfilling prophecy because the service was just absolutely abysmal. Ultimately, we left and visited another Brick store at Kennedy Commons and bought the sofa there instead. The service was way better there.

First of all I want to commend the manager Mr Shaw for his exemplary customer service skills along with his management effectiveness and problem solving skills. I made 4 purchases from the Pickering store of which fortunately Mr Shaw is the current manager . He listened intently to my issue and corrected the problem expeditiously. His customer service knowledge his highly commendable and I would recommend this outlet above all the brick locations in Ontario to do business with. It was a pleasure Mr Shaw, keep up the good work as you've made myself and recommended friends happy and contented with our purchases. Take care John Ferguson

This not my first time dealing with The Brick. However this location is absolutely the best! The manager; Shaw and his Sale Rep Shirin were amazing. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made sure it worked with our budget. The customer service was 10/10. I highly recommend visiting this location for your next purchase at The Brick. Thanks again team, it was a great experience.
