β β β β β I have had a very pleasant experience shopping in The Brick. Their sales representative Sanjay was very knowledgeable about every furniture sent and presented me with the options which suited me best. I bought a bedroom set and a mattress. They gave me complimentary pillows and a comforter to go with my bed. My nights have never been this comfortable. I'm sleeping on a cloud now ?

β β β β β The staff are super helpful and it's always clean and has great deals. I've got a few things here. my only thing is sometimes the staff need to give customers some space! My boyfriend and I were trying to make a decision and the staff member helping me wouldn't stop trying to convince us to get the rug! We said a few times we needed to think on it and he just stood there while we were trying to talk about pricing and such. It was a bit awkward LOL

Jovan was my sales guy and he made sure to find us the best deals on our new set. Got a couch, chair, and tables. Great customer service, awesome customer support. Recommended if youβre looking for the store experience!

β β β β β I was trying to purchase some dining chairs and a gentleman named Jovan made sure I was well taken care of. He discussed various options with me and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. He even went out of his way to follow up with me after the delivery to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall I am very glad that I've picked this store and will be coming back again.

β β β β β We got a mattress from this store last month. Mr. Sanjay helped us in shortlisting our mattress out of wide variety of mattresses. He took good interest in our requirements with lot of patience and the best part is that he was not pushing us to buy the mattress unlike other sales executives. This store provided us great deal on our mattress, mattress cover and also got it delivered the same day. Will definitely visit again.

β β β β β Not sure where all the 5 stars are coming from. We walked in for their tent sale and it seemed like there was none one working here. We were looking for a mattress and wandered into the back of the store where all the really expensive sets were being sold . One Indian guy came over to assist us and we told him we came for the sale and these mattresses were above our budget. Wow you shouldβve seen his sudden disinterest. He said oh theyre upstairs and when we asked how to get there he just waved his finger like Babu Bhat and said over there over there. Turned out there wasnβt much upstairs and the stuff on sale was outside under the tent. Duh. By then, we were not going to spend any $ here β¦unexpected bad first impression and poor service from a big name brand furniture store. Iβm sure they spend a lot of money for advertising to get people into the store and we were out in 15 mins headed Nextdoor to JR Furniture .
