gutter was leaking and downspout clogged, called Arman Expert for cleaning, and accepted their suggestion for furnace duct and dryer vent cleaning too, at a good package price, they did very good job. Thank you Mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. They charged $90 more than what they said over the phone, and it was the worst gutter cleaning job on my house. One would literally hide try to hid out of line of sight (or he thought) on the roof, lie down for 30 minutes to smoke and would tell the other guy that they didn't have to clean throughly.
I checked the gutters with a drone: They only cleaned around the downspout!! didn't even touch 90%of the gutters!

Our awning looks like new. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we will be using them for our yearly cleaning from now on.
