Found a dresser i liked. Listed at store as lower price then manager wanted to sell. Was $1099 instore. $1299 online and manager said its the wrong price tag its supposed to be $1499. The salesman was going to match online price, but manager said no. I will not recommend the brick any longer.

Recently purchased a 65" 4K TV from The Brick in OS. I had originally ordered a TV from an online retailer in a model that was not available locally. It took 12 days to arrive and I had no communication from the online retailer. Also when I brought the box inside it had grease on it from their truck shipping and I had to then clean my carpets. After getting it all set up and mounted I discovered there was a hardware malfunction with that tv. I then had to box it up and take it to a local delivery company myself. I learned my lesson with buying large purchases online that day. So I did some research and found some models I was interested in that were available locally. I had an idea of what I was looking for but when I went to The Brick Tyson was more than knowledgeable about all of the different models and each of their features and was able to help me decide upon a TV that fit my needs. They were able to deliver the TV to my house within 3 days of ordering it. They also called and texted to let me know my delivery window. The day of the delivery they have a tracker where you can see where you are in their delivery order and where their truck is. Much much more communication than the online retailer as far as when my expensive purchase was going to be delivered.They brought it in there were no grease marks from their delivery. They also told me I had two days to check it out and if there were any problems they would pick it up and swap it out. Much less of a hassle if there were any problems then my original experience from the online retailer. Fortunately this TV functions flawlessly and I am very happy with my purchase decision. If you are in the market for a new television make sure to ask for Tyson when you go to the brick in Owen Sound. He will take care of all of your needs.

I ordered a dresser that took an incredible 6 months to arrive. They wouldn't even cover the local shipping. I walked away. Shameful customer service. "Jasmine" (below). If.you were a human instead of a bot, I would think it's obvious what you could do if you read the review. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! After the response,.I'd give it zero if I could.

This is a review for the brick in general not necessarily from this particular store but i purchased a couch in 2019. The couch was relatively expensive but i thought i was buying a quality built product. Unfortunately that was not the case. The springs gave out and put pressure on the fabric making it split and ripped the fabric. I messaged the warranty company and without even coming to look at it they determined it was from abuse and said it was not covered. If youre looking for quality built furniture i suggest surplus furniture. Better built furniture and a far better warranty.

Awesome place. Fast - easy from the start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable from sales to the delivery. Delivery people were friendly and done excellent job. I will be buying more stuff in the future, and it will be from the Brick. Very pleasant experience

Got two box springs on sale. The salesman was helpful, and had customer service skills. Glad we shopped here because the other stores were the same price for one box spring. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I walked into the store and Lianna said β€œyou look like you’re on a mission, how can I help?” My refrigerator had died and online I couldn’t find one anywhere to fit the opening in my cabinets. She grabbed her tape measure and her book of specs and away we went. How thrilled I was to find they had a model on the floor that had everything I wanted! My husband picked it up that day so I didn’t have to wait for delivery. We got the same great service when we bought our couch and mattress, and more recently our Bosch dishwasher. Their extended warranty setup is excellent and I got it on both appliances I’ve purchased. Thanks

Visited store on 3/24/22 around 3 pm and purchased a couple of items. Since undecided about a couple of other items took photos with price on the tag. Returned in about an hour to purchase the other items. Since the receipt was e-mailed did not know was charged more than double the tag price (charged $199.97 vs. S89.97) until I got home. I immediately called the store and was told that the salesperson had gone home for the day but had mentioned that an error was made and I would be called the next day. I received no call. When I went to pick up the item the manager told me the price was $149.97, not $89.97. I showed him my photo of the tag and the manager said that the price went up in that hour that I was gone. Consequently, I did not buy the lamp as they should have honored the tag price (a reputable company would have). My son has had issues with The Brick as well and advised me not to shop there. Very shoddy business practices and do not recommend purchasing anything there.
