He presented an extensive report detailing the rationale behind his recommendations, including his suggested pricing, which left us better informed and more realistic about housing prices. His up-to-date knowledge about the market was outstanding. Plus, his house staging recommendations actually left us wishing we had his advice when we were actually living in the house! The team was friendly, professional and efficient.We would definitely recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a mistake choosing them as my representatives, all the time they were working in builders best interest.
Instead of showing me multiples properties for a purchase , all they want to sell me was the property that was listed by the builder they were representing.
Ultimately I ended up terminating the representation contract and went with another realtor.
