★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice option for living off-campus - it's clean, affordable, close to the university. Plus you don't have to worry about finding roommates to share the apartment with. Depending on the time of the year, they also provide incentives for moving in, which is a big plus.

Posting this on another account, as I cant ever guess this landlords next moves.
I know it seems like the perfect bang for your buck but I promise you it is not. I lived here for about a year and if you do not get good roommates you will not have a very good roommate experience. If you do happen to get good roommates, you still need to deal with the very tiny rooms and the inability to make it feel like your own room. Artium prides itself on its "modern" lifestyle, and as much as it is nice having all the appliances and the brand new couches and tvs. That is to simply mask with whats really behind the Artium. The RAs are fine, their students just like us, the downfall is the landlord. It is a mess. He absolutely does not care for you, you are simply money in his pocket, and even when you think you've given him enough of your money be careful because thats when he gets you. His sketchiness needs to be put into light, as along with myself and others, he somehow managed to take money off my security deposit. It is the cheaper option among other apartments in Kelowna, if I were you put a couple more hundred dollars a month to another place and furnish it yourself. I cannot fathom how terrible of an experience it was living here.
