I am a regular customer who comes to this location but I was totally disturbed and humiliated by the way the man who took my order treated me. He is the elder one among them and he was very rude to me. However, the other coworker apologized to me for his rude behaviour. It’s so saddening that a restaurant with such good quality of food has the worst customer service.I hope the management looks into this matter and take necessary steps.

The chicken was hard, the sauce was salty, and the rice wasn't even that great.
I can't imagine how you can screw up RICE!
PLEASE AVOID!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy going to Thai Express, the service at this location is okay at best. The food is delicious and quickly made even though most of the ingredients are fresh. I'm just upset that they stopped putting out as many napkins, otherwise I'll continue to eat there the food is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say I am a pretty frequent customer at Thai express and this is the worst food from any location I’ve been to. I ordered Thai red curry and got the wrong sauce, what seems like twice cooked chicken or something dry and gross and the bamboo isn’t even cooked. I paid for extra chicken to boot and the only thing in this dish that is edible is the rice at best. I am so bummed I spent so much for such bad quality food compared to every other order I’ve ever had. This location def won’t be in the rotation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconsistent quality compared with other locations. Preferred the Pad See Ew which was bland and soggy. Couldn't uses a lot more sauce and flavor, as well as more greens.
