I was supposed to have a package delivered Saturday, and it was delayed. So I kept watch on the package today and noticed it was out for delivery on a Holiday. Immediately I waited out front and noticed a driver pull up. However, no one got out of the vehicle, he just sat in the drivers seat, did some stuff on his phone and then drove away. Now I have to wait even longer for this package and I can't even contact this business because they are closed? If they are closed, how can they have packages being delivered?

Got amazon notice saying a delivery had been attempted, was sitting in living room with full view of street and no delivery truck came down my street. When called, the automated answering thing is barely understandable, not in clear English. When told I was home, and why didn't the ring the doorbell. they said they didn't ring doorbells cause of covid,and didn't leave package cause it was dark out...... They said they could do special instructions like deliver to back door, next day package was left on my front steps, and I wasn't home cause I didn't receive a notice that the package was out for delivery.....

Delivered my package to the wrong address, an honest mistake, so I emailed support and all they did was show a photo as proof of delivery despite it very clearly being the wrong address, havent heard back from them since.

Would give zero stars if was possible. Like all other reviews, they said they delivered my package but they did not. This was being delivered to a business and they "delivered" on a holiday. They told me they put my extremely large box in our "letterbox" (of which my office does not have one). When I called to complain they said to just contact Amazon and they would give me a refund and I can just re-order. Unacceptable response. I have emailed the company trying to get a complaint to some sort of management and I just keep getting that "they are looking into it and just reorder". I have also sent a complaint to Amazon and really hope they stop using this company.

I absolutely hate when Amazon uses this delivery service. Even when clearly communicated that they are delivering to a business they attempt deliveries outside of business hours. Spoke with an Agent to inquire why my item had not yet arrived and the continued error to attempt outside normal hours. Agent advised that a note was made and I should receive my package. No package, received a phone call just before 5PM from the driver attempting the delivery. I explained again. Stated he would try again the next day. 2 more attempts where made after the phone discussion. Poke my eyes out. This is constant. Amazon, hire a better service. Why have Prime than I ask myself. Idiots!!!!

They can't seem to read or follow simple buzz code instructions. If they even attempted to deliver the parcel out of the truck in the first place. After reading many awful reviews.. why do you not train your driver's properly. Why do you continue to employ the same awful drivers that fail again and again at simple delivery instructions.

I had recently ordered a product on Amazon and TForce was to deliver it to my house on a Saturday. Eventually the package appeared as 'delivered' on the tracking for that day but was not at my place. Called them on a Monday morning and found out it was incorrectly sent to a different address. They were polite about it and promised to get it back. I got the package back on the Tuesday evening. While it was not fun to see my package sent to the wrong place, I was ultimately satisfied with how they quickly resolved the issue and got my stuff back.

Gave me the run around. Deal with these guys last, or not at all. First they said that my address was a "Bad Address", so I asked to pick up my package (the prompts gave it as an option). They said they can't provide that service because of the pandemic. I asked for the package to be dropped off at another mail drop off location. Again, they do not offer that service. Days later, they attempted delivery again after I said my address exists. I confirmed my address and phone number, they had my phone number wrong. I waited all day for them to arrive, but they failed to do so. Every time I called they said "We will attempt a delivery in 24 to 48 hours". Who has that kind of time? I requested that they call before delivery, they had all my information wrong (I contacted the company I ordered from, my information was all correct) I finally received my package today because I had to go to the warehouse to pick it up That was even more of a run around... Yesterday, they said that they would contact me in a half hour to an hour to let me know where the warehouse was located. They finally contacted me today and it sounded like it was ME who gave them the wrong phone number, they do have caller ID, and they kept repeating my phone number wrong. Idk, deal with another company. Sorry not sorry, it should not take two weeks for a customer to get their package.
