P	Polo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to pay 115$ for IMPORT DUTY AND/OR TAX AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SERVICES CHARGES which is half the price of my order, I don't know why I wasn't informed about this charge beforehand. Randomly just messaged me telling me I HAD to pay this or they just wouldn't deliver my package.
d	daryn bremner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recipient not home.. I live in an apartment with people in the office and a security guard at the front door. And TWO Canada post parcel dip off boxes. Just the laziest couriers in all of Canada. I will be using UPS and FedEx from now on.

They will not show up to your house and then tell you that you refused the delivery. Eventually you will have to go pick up your package and pay a fee. If you call customer service they will transfer you around but nobody will be able to help

Second image shows they started at 1:13 pm but then made attempt after 8 pm. So stupid. What they say it different then what they do. Text shows everything. I waited full day at work till 8 pm. Shipment change date can be made jit time cannot.

l	legendary wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word for this company, BAD grab my advice if you jeed a delivery company get another one they are the worst company ever, there is no professionalism here, costumer service is the worst to talk, drivers are careless even if your package have specific instructions on it or bc is an expensive package. Go somewhere else, Purolato, Fedex or try local it will be best.
R	Richard Lavallee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipment was marked as out for delivery, then changed to Recipient refused delivery, even though the driver never showed up. I was waiting by the door when I received my email notification. Then after getting the run around on the automated phone service that never connects you to anyone, I try the online support. The first rep only said how can I help, then after giving my info they never replied and then "Left the conversation" as to what the message stated on the screen. Now I hope to pick it up from a drop off station , but somehow don't think that will go well. Wish me luck this has to be the poorest service of any delivery outfit I have even seen or heard of. I would not recommend this joke of a company. Extremely poor service.

I ordered a package from USA knowing there would be a delivery fee when entering Canada, which I paid for yesterday having the notice. I made sure it was confirmed through customer service, and they have been helpful when spoken the few times. My package was suppose to be delivered today with family being home to collect, avoiding theft. Unfortunately I could not get it because of LACK OF RECORD the drivers have, they claimed I haven’t paid my fee when I did so. They kept my package and I called customer service, having them verify it was paid. DHL drivers don’t know what they’re doing at all and put out false claims. Get your company straight! It’s ridiculous seeing how many others have bad experiences through this company.
