RS has been able to accommodate us numerous times to fit our needs and our customers needs. Their staff has been a pleasure to deal with and will assist on working on solutions to any challenges that have come up. Their electronic tracking systems easily allows us to always know when shipments are being made. RS has successfully taken an old business model and transition it into customizing freight transport into today’s world.”

As a business owner myself I would never hire somebody who treats potential clients this way. Horrible first impression. I will be searching for another courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional drivers and responsive management. Laura is an absolute delight to work with. Looked after a major Saturday distribution request last minute on Friday in MB and SK. Drivers stayed in touch via text messages. Couldn't have asked for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a small business owner customer service is my top priority. I expect at least reasonable service and courtesy from the companies I hire. Without our customers we wouldn’t exist. I will never again hire RS EXPRESS for courier service. Staff was incredibly rude when a package mix up happened. Offered no apology nor understanding then wouldn’t answer my questions. The boss called, nope not to apologize to me but to tell me her staff wasn’t happy with the way I spoke to her! Unbelievable! Choose a different courier service.
