★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après 10ans une cartouche de notre colonne de douche c'est mise à couler et avec seulement un téléphone, une photo et une preuve d'achat. Une nouvelle cartouche a été livré directement a la maison qu'elle que jours après.
Wow qu'elle service.

 After 10 years a cartridge of our shower column is poured and with only a phone, a photo and a proof of purchase. A new cartridge was delivered straight to her house only days later.
Wow that she serves.

One thing to say excellent after sales service. I made a mistake on one of the pieces when installing my shower. They sent me a piece no questions asked. Fast service as well as positive on this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a shower column many years ago and eventually an interior piece broke and needed repair. Tenzo sent us parts until we found the piece required and we were able to correct the problem. Now, 8 years later, the shower is like new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience. Bought all Tenzo fixtures. One faucet immediately calcified due to functional obsolescence, basically it was functionally poorly thought out. Could not prevent water from running down stem, and getting in to the ball of the product where it made the faucet stiff and inoperable. Toronto water is moderately hard, but I have other products that have done fine, year over year. This was after 1 month post install. Cust Service tried to redirect me to non-issues and would not stand by their product. Basically told me to go away. AVOID, go with Rubi or something more quality focused, and less design focused. I learned the hard way.

but unfortunately not upto the standards of Moen or Delta products.
The parts are very cheap and will fail. Speaking from current my experience only. Products were installed in summer of 2021 and after 3months having issues.
My shower column (Etzst-52-mb) failed after 2 uses; the hand shower unit hose disconnects and water pours out from the back of the unit making it not useable. My taps for my vanity , the push down drain plugs leaks and don’t hold water in the sink bowl. The tub column faucet is so wobbly it feels not secured to the floor even though it’s as tight as it can get.
Customer service is hard to deal with warranty and good luck getting help.
I just can not recommend this product.
