★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found the folks here gracious with their time and accountable till the end! We're building up in the Laurentians but Mondial met our needs in every way. Valerie, our sales rep, spoiled us. She's extremely patient and motivated. She's honest about products and their pros and cons. Frankly, she saved us a ton of regrets. Upon entering the shop, young David on the main floor is affable and courteous. Mondial's team has proven to be responsible, and its management reliable. They're well-disposed if you need them. We went in contemplating ceramic, but it became a one-stop shop for our plumbing and counters. I've already referred them to friends and colleagues. Till we meet again, Mondial. Thanks for absolutely everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely post but the service was not up to par. 3 calls + 1 mail with detailed plans of project ... impossible to get a quote. But excuses were provided: mail in spam, leaving for the day & will prepare quote tomorrow and tomorrow doesn't read the mail and leaves a message with questions where the answers were in the mail! Feels like "dog ate my homework. Then, after insisting to get a ballpark, advised of price which was not competitive. If Mondial is not interested in new business... just say so from the get go!!
