F	Friedrich Fritz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dress is nice and perfect but the service is mean unhelpful and rude they didn't give me any main information and wouldn't tell what size they were going to order my dress in. The rudly spoke to me and treated me like a child. They have nice dresses but it is not worth it at all.
S	Sham Wow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into this shop because I was visiting from out of town and I will NEVER give them my business! Horrible service and a very snobby and rude saleswoman! Nowhere does the store say "by appointment only", so I assumed it was okay to browse wedding gowns. Apparently not because the very rude saleswoman clearly didn't want me in there, rudely asked me the questions she had, and only THEN did she decide to tell me, "Well, we're by appointment only, and we have only these few clearance dresses in your size and budget! You can look if you want, but we can't help you." Jeez lady, maybe you should put up a sign saying, "appointments necessary" or something. And even so, could be more polite about it. No thanks! I will go back to David's Bridal instead. The salespeople were actually nice to me there . . .

We went through the gift store first and were followed and watched like a hawk by a employee. We then went upstairs for the dress and to look around. We were told to remove our shoes and then told not to touch the dresses as we might get them dirty!! We were treated like we were not "high class" customers. It was the worst customer service I have had in a long time. I left and did not even look at a dress for myself as I will not give them my service. Also they do not do alterations and were told if the dress is too small or too big then we are on our own to alter it. The employee even asked if she wanted to try it on, and was asked" why, when you are not going to do anything about it if it does not fit, correct". There was no reply from their employee.

I am happy to correct that and now give a 5 star review to the new owners of both the gifts & home and the bridal part of temptations. They both have gorgeous stuff and are very friendly and helpful !

You can tell, whoever owns this shop is very passionate about decor, lovely curated collection of blankets pillows and so much more We were visiting from the GTA and we’re very happy we found this little gem!

It has recently switched ownership so we were curious to pop in and see how everyone was settling in. WOW. What a breath of change they've brought in! The store looks beautiful and has such a wonderful selection of home decor, unique gifts and serving ware. They have maintained the feel and comfort of the store, but brought some visual impact with the openness and high ceilings Sad we have such a long journey home - I would have brought so much more back with me! Excellent transition - well done and worth a visit.
