★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not this store but the koodo company. I wanted to add service but the company requested my SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER to run a credit check. I am already a customer who has always paid in full. I am pulling my subscription and going with another company. No stars if I could.

The staff member I worked with was friendly and helpful and made it very easy.
He helped me transfer everything to a loaner phone (then back once the repair was done)
Very grateful for the patient, knowledgable staff here.
Will be my go to store going forward, for as long as I'm with Koodo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome staff! I went to this store two years ago to transfer from bell and had a great experience. Just went back in to upgrade my phone and the staff were so great! Jacob and Alex went above and beyond to get me the specific device that I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock at that location. Needless to say I'll be sticking with Koodo, mostly because the staff at this location are fantastic to deal with! They were extremely busy the day I was there and they got through it as efficiently as possible, kept updating anyone who was waiting and still treated every customer with kindness!
