★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after they helped close my recently passed fathers cell number TELUS corporate decided because my dad was the account holder they shut down my moms phone 3 days after this location with no notice or anything!
so go back on a Friday evening deal with Hugh who frankly went far above and beyond in trying to help get my moms phone number reactivated and help me get a new account for both of us. truly understood my issue/concerns and help to undo the mess their corporate office threw me into.
After describing he also was going to look into how he can help lower some of my moms rates on TV and Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a phone plan at this place, I highly recommended asking for Hugh! He was excellent in helping me get a new Iphone! I'm actually from Ontario and he was able to help me get the Iphone 12 deal over the phone! It was my first time buying a new phone while switching providers over a phone call and he took his time to explain the full process to me. He also followed up with me to help get my account set up and to ensure I was comfortable being a new client at Koodo. Will definitely contact Hugh again the next time I am looking for a new phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in to look at merging several phone lines into a single plan. Hugh provided us with exceptional customer service and made the entire process easy for us. He took the time to explain every detail and I felt that he was genuinely trying to give us the best deal possible. We were also able to upgrade our Internet. We had spoken with Bianca the previous day and returned to get everything finalized today. I would definitely recommend visiting Telus Westhills for any mobile, television or internet needs. Thank you again Hugh and Bianca :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot express enough how amazing the staff at Telus in Westhills Town Centre are! My partner and I came into the store to get help with getting a new phone and contract through the EPP program. We had previously tried setting up the new contract online and over the phone but had a lot of difficulties dealing with the Telus Customer Service line. Once we entered the store, we instantly felt at ease as we were greeted with exceptional service from Jesse, Diego, Daman, and Matt! There were a lot of issues with our accounts that needed to be dealt with and I think at one point all the staff were working on our case! They were great at advocating for us when speaking to the Telus Customer Service line and did not take no for an answer. We took a lot of their time up but they were relentless; they refused to let us leave until we were completely satisfied and everything was fixed. I have never had such amazing service and cannot recommend them enough!

My wife and I both needed phones and new plans and he set us up with the plans that both suited our needs and took advantage of any Telus promos. He took care of the phone transfers and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. This is proper customer service. 10/10 would recommend!!

I did not feel like they tried to up sell me and they used my past plans overall usage to get me the best plan at the best price. Very satisfied with the service.
