★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sold on phone insurance, went to redeem it after spending over $500 on said insurance. Missed deadline by a couple days, so they said there was nothing they could do. After over an hour on the phone the Rep ultimately agreed to honour the insurance, however brought up a $200 deductible that had not been mentioned prior. Will ultimately cost me $700 to replace a phone now worth $200. Will not be doing any business with Geek Squad again. False advertisements and poor customer service. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE
