Il ne m’ont pas laissé tomber, tant que la réparation n’était pas parfaite. N’hésitez surtout pas, ils sont professionnels avec un service 5 étoiles. Encore merci, ma télé va super bien. We had our TV fixed and everything was perfect. I can't believe it, without them I would have had to buy me another one. They didn't let me down, until the repair was perfect. Do not hesitate, they are professional with 5 star service. Thank you again, my TV is doing great.

Chaque fois, j'ai retourné ici (Tel-A-Video sur rue Hémon) parce que le technicien, même s'il n'est pas très souriant, a toujours réussi à régler mes soucis techniques. Il m'a même donné un kit de vis pour remplacer celles que j'avais perdu sur une TV que j'avais ouvert (vis perdues). Merci, je le recommande oui. I have had a few televisions repaired in recent years. Each time, I returned here (Tel-A-Video on rue Hémon) because the technician, even if he is not very smiling, has always managed to resolve my technical concerns. He even gave me a kit of screws to replace the ones I had lost on a TV that I had opened (lost screws). Thank you, I recommend it yes.

J'ai appelé premièrement pour faire réparer ma télévision ou il m'a dit un prix 100$ plus cher que ailleurs lors de notre conversation il me propose d'acheter une tv usager de la marque Samsung 70" défectueuse (elle avait un problème de couleur dans un des coins de la tv) il me propose 500$. Une offre que j'ai acceptée après lui avoir répéter 3 fois que le prix étais bien 500$. Lorsque je suis arrivé sur les lieux il me présente sont produits et tout à coup la tv ne coûte plus 500$ mais bien 700$. Je lui explique qu'il m'a fait faire 50 min de route lors d'une tempête de neige pour monté le prix sans avertissement et cette homme audacieux et mal intentionné ( pour rester polis parce que la brochette d'insulte que je lui attribuerait ne serais pas celle-ci) me répond en me disant [ j'ai déjà une femme qui pleure tous le temps commence pas toi non plus]. Bref voici mon expérience avec cette compagnie d'incompétent. Faite moi l'heureux plaisir de magasiner ailleurs merci! Unfortunately, I cannot put 0 stars. Mais, moi dans mon cas, il a réparé ma vieille télé de 9 ans. Moi j'aime ma télé et je ne veux pas d'une télé intelligente. Et, cela ne m'a pas coûter cher. Merci à sa gentille dame aussi. Ma fille vous a trouvé extra. D'une vieille maman très heureuse. Thank you . An expert technician. Professional, fast service, wow! Yes, fast. He knows about any brand of television. But, in my case, he fixed my 9 year old TV. I love my TV and I don't want a smart TV. And, it didn't cost me much. Thanks to his nice lady too. My daughter thought you were amazing. Then they plugged the TV to power and right away told me " screen is broken , nothing we could do " and they kept the 50 $. I understand if you do some troubleshooting that you charge but no troubleshooting done . Charged me 50 $ to plug the TV to power. Plus I left the TV there which they happily kept for parts but still , they decided to keep the 50 $ service charge . Not cool.
