★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good, they didn’t have everything available but what they did have was ok.
I saw a bum begging for food once from the customers but the customer wasn’t having any of it and forced the bum to leave the restaurant. It was a pretty funny experience for me to witness this Interaction.

They offer great service and delicious foods! I've been to this place 3 times so far, and yet could not get enough of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theeee best Persian kabob I have have in all of Northshore and downtown Vancouver. I wasn't expecting the food to be this good, but I decided to try it because it was a new kabob place and the prices were very good and I usually like to support new businesses. To my surprise it was damn good. Wow. but don't expect much in terms of decor and service. The service wasn't bad but not a typical waiter with smiles kind of place. food arrived very quickly and all the ingredients were super fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best grilled flavour of any koobideh I've had on the North Shore. Not the best koobideh in terms of the seasoning of the kebab. If you're looking for that charred grill flavour, this place is amazing. Really good ghormeh sabzi as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and cozy place where you could feel the warmth and welcoming vibes of the host. Service was fast and exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent. skewers meat was tender and juicy, and tasted delicious. It was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Menu: Kashk-e-badamejan(?), Koobideh(beef kebob), Vaziri(chicken & beef kebob) with rice, yogurt drink(Doog), dessert: Baklava.
