He provided me with step-by-step instructions for how to go about registering my out of province vehicle. I had some issues with my previous insurance company since a third driver joined the family and Rock has been able to tailor the car coverages exactly as I needed. Called a few times for extra clarifications and I have never had to hold on the line moreover he was always very patient and on point. The outstanding service and the very good car coverages provided convinced me to switch entirely all my coverages and now I am happy to be assisted by Ted Yan and his team.

He got back to me very quickly to all my calls and messages and helped me get in my car same day. Greatly appreciate all he did for me. I’m not an easy person to deal with but Micheal took care of me regardless. Will recommend him to all my friends and family!
